Altavista is situated in a very nice quiet area, but with everything at hand within 15 minutes by car. Golf club with restaurant , bar and supermarked 500m, shops and other facilities are only a short drive away. Typical Spanish cities like Aspe, Novelda, Monforte del Cid only 5 min., and Alicante and Elche 15 min.Accomodation Situated on the second floor are the 3 bedrooms, one with a ensuite bathroom and 2 beds, the bathroom normally has a bide, a shower or bath. The 2 other bedrooms having 2 beds and sharing the other bathroom with shower/bath and toilet. There is an extra toilet downstairs for those attending guests.The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, oven fridge, etc. The living room has a dining area, and a living room with TV, Stereo etc., and sliding doors to the outside terraces with garden furniture for those nice hot evenings.Outside Area From the tiled terraces you have a lovely view, overlooking the beautiful golf course all the way to Alicante and to the sea. You can enjoy nice walks in this very beautiful area, around the golf course and to the very nearby mountains. You can also enjoy a swim in the large community pool., or enjoy the JACUZZ (extra)I on your very own terrace! A perfect place for family, friends or golfers

Alenda Green is set in a beautiful location. Situated within the mountains of Alicante, this house offers a quiet retreat from the heavily populated tourist areas. As you drive up to the house you pass through the luscious golf course, which offers a stark contrast to the mountains surrounding you. This house has the benefits of being away from it all and yet only 20 minutes from the city centre, airport and beach. Built in 2006, this house is clean and furnished to a very high standard. The house sleeps six people with the potential for eight. The house next door is almost identical and is also available to rent, so great for large or small groups.To pass the day you can swim, relax by the pool, play golf or walk in the mountains, but whatever you choose to do you can enjoy the warm climate that Alicante has to offer.Long weekends are available and we can be flexible with dates and times.A four night stay will cost £400 and between six people, that works out to be just £66.66 per person. A week’s stay is only £600. Flights outside of high season can be as little as £50 return, so this can be a very cheap break for you to enjoy with your friends.Why not get a group together and enjoy yourself in the Costa Blanca? Things to do in Alicante. Alicante has a wealth of things to do. Being located on the Costa Blanca (white coast), there are many beautiful beaches to be discovered. Aside from the beach, there are also many other things to do. A walk into the mountains and you will discover the church of San Pascual, a small monastery inhabited by a single monk who sells oranges to raise money. The local town of Elche has many shops, but also has lots of history and some beautiful walks through the palmery. Definitely worth a visit. Santa Pola is a very well known town with a beautiful beach. There is a brilliant childrens play area which opens in the evening until around 1am! You purchase a wrist band and then all the rides are free. Santa Pola also has a harbour where you can catch a glass bottom boat over to the Island of Tabarca, which is a lovely place to spend the day. You are able to walk around the island and find little beaches where very often you are the only people. Pedalo boats can be hired and there are some great restaurants that serve amazing fish dishes! Alenda is only minutes away from the toll motorway which runs down to Benidorm. Definitely worth a day trip, but you will probably be glad to get back home after! Many fun things to do in Benidorm, especially for the children, Aqualandia (water park), Mundomar (sea life centre), Terra Natura (zoo) and Terra Mitica (theme park with large rides) and all only 40 minutes away.
