Ricky was born in South Wales.

Ricky was awarded Silver, Gold & Platinum discs when his record "Tell Laura I love Her" soared to No. 1 in the British Charts in September 1960.

He continued to have chart hits with Columbia Records and became an adored entertainer Worldwide.

Dec & Con The Bachelors receiving their presentation from Ricky at Bar Restaurante Asturias at Punta Prima

He often appears here on the Costa Blanca to very packed Venues, and recently made a surprise appearance at The Bachelors Show at The Asturius Restaurante to present Con and Dec with a Plaque, commemorating their two Gold Albums in 2008. Ricky even sang Tell Laura I love you accompanied by the Bachelors, who had not had any time to rehearse this number, but it went down extremely well with the audience of some 500 people.
